Seeing a lot of additional advice in this thread (about things I already do) makes me feel like somewhat of a rebel. :neocat_floof_happy:

Is the "actual phone call" meant to be a replacement for something less wholesome or a new thing to do? (I hate phone calls. I only do that when it's the fastest way to arrange something, not a way of socializing.)

But to add to the list: give stuff away instead of throwing it out.
