Nixxing parking minimums shouldve occurred a decade ago. Theyre so excessive.

Incidentally i have an unused space that ive attempted to sublet but turns out the market rate is close to 0 because im competing with the council that gives away street space for free, while simultaneously dragging the chain on a planned nearby bike lane because of the impact on (you guessed it!) On street parking availability. Its SO DUMB.
